Prize draw is only available to UK residents and entrants must be aged +18 to be eligible to win.

Opening date for entry is 15.06.2024 at 9am. Closing date for entry will be 21.06.2024 at 12:00pm. After this date, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.

Using legitimate interest as the lawful basis, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, age (if given) and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be notified by social media within 72 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The Creams cash vouchers come with strict terms and conditions as below:

The expiry date of each voucher is located on the voucher.

As our restaurants are owned by franchisees, it is important for us to coordinate with our store managers in advance to ensure they are well-prepared to accept your voucher and offer a smooth experience for our valued customers. To avoid any disappointments, you must give us advance notice (2-3 days) detailing which restaurant and when you would like to redeem your voucher so we can let the store manager know. If you do not pre-arrange your visit you will be denied use of the voucher in store.

Please note, this inbox is not monitored past 5pm on weekdays, and not on weekends, so any weekend visits will need to be booked in during the week to ensure we have sufficient time to contact the store. During peak periods we may not be able to immediately get back to you.

The Creams vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer, and they are non-transferrable and non-extendable past expiry date. It is valid for dine-in or takeaway only, it is not valid for delivery.
